Unpublished work only. We only accept unpublished written and artworks that have not been published, contracted to be published, or that are parts of a collection being prepared for future publication.
Simultaneous submissions are encouraged! But let us know immediately if your submitted work is selected for publication elsewhere.
Genre. If you have work that doesn’t fit into the below categories, choose the most appropriate and include a note—we’ll sort it out for you. Submit a maximum of three pieces across the three genres.
Format. Please attach your work to our submission form as a .doc, .docx or .rtf file. We do not accept pdfs or shared Google Docs. Art submissions must be in a .jpeg (2MB maximum) or .wav , .mp3, .mp4 format as an attachment in your submission form.
At this time, we are unable to compensate contributors.

Online magazine designed just for international high school students
to relate, express, and discuss the problems that we all face.
"The Formula" was founded by Victoria Kim, who is a current high-school student, with her teammates who are also current high-school students. Founded in 2020, our magazine provides a safe, included community for high school students all around the world to express their experiences, thoughts, and feelings. Our magazine bi-annually publishes topics such as; Trends, Social Issues, Entertainment, Beauty/Wellness, School, and related artworks of high school students from all over the world.
